We are the specialist in the field of soil stabilization for applications in roads, runways and container yards. We would like to invite suitably qualified, self-motivated personnel to join us for the following several positions:-

Responsibilities

Plan, execute and supervise civil construction projects
Responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control of the technical performances
Ensure project is delivered according to schedule and specifications
Supervise and coordinate the work of main contractors or sub-contractors to achieve daily work schedules and to ensure compliance with specific requirements
Co-ordinate with clients, main contractors and sub-contractors for both technical and contractual/administration aspects
Maintain all site recordings, conduct tests, site measurements and claims against work done.

Requirements

Diploma / degree / higher degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
2-3 years working experience in civil construction or project management in related field
Malaysian or Singapore PR are welcome
Able to converse in Malay is an added advantage
Possess Class 3 driving license
Willing and able to travel within short notice

R&D Engineers (Construction Chemicals)

Chemilink Technologies Group is the Specialist for Soil Stabilization and supplier of Construction Chemicals/Materials. We are looking for suitable candidates to support our Technical Department and R&D Department for Construction Chemicals. The requirements are as follows:

Responsibilities

Involve in design and development of new product.
Conduct research, design, development, characterization and specification of materials for selection in products.
Planning and monitoring laboratory chemical analyses for all relevant materials, leaching potential and chemical stability for short to long term.
Setting up the pilot plant, co-ordinate and monitor the whole testing process.
Carry out pre-development and engineering investigation to improve product performance, quality and manufacturability related issues.
Support the assessment and selection of material suppliers and vendors

Requirements

Higher Degrees in Civil Engineering/Cement & Concrete Technology/Building Materials;
2 - 3 years experience in relevant fields;
Familiar with Concrete Mix Design, preferably experience in Construction Chemicals;
Experience in road pavements is an added advantage too;
Self-motivated, systematic and analytical; and
Able to work under pressure and within deadline

R&D Engineers (Research)

Chemilink Technologies Group has been awarded several R&D projects by the Singapore Government. We are looking for suitable candidates to support the projects. The requirements are as follows:

Responsibilities

Conduct research, design and development for the R&D works applied in Environmental and Civil Engineering for a government-granted R&D project (Project briefing is available, on request);
Plan and monitor laboratory physical, mechanical and chemical analyses for all relevant materials, leaching potential and chemical stability for short to long term;
Set up a large-scale testing model or a pilot plant, co-ordinate and monitor the whole testing process; and
Carry out pre-development and engineering investigation to improve existing products performance, quality and manufacturability

Requirements

A recognized PhD or Master Degree in Environmental Engineering/Material Engineering/Civil Engineering;
1 - 2 years experience in relevant fields;
Experience in environmental practice is an added advantage;
Experience in road pavements is an added advantage too;
Self-motivated, systematic and analytical; and
Able to work under pressure and within deadline

Technical Sales Manager & Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

To prepare project proposals based on customers’ specifications
To provide pre-sales and first level technical supports to customer prospect
To manage existing customers’ accounts and at the same time seek and develop new customer accounts within the assigned region
To provide technical presentation and consultation on Company’s products for existing and new customers
To lead in the coordination & collaboration with internal/external parties on project management matters

Requirements

Diploma/degree/higher degree in Civil Engineering/Construction/Building/ Material Science or equivalent
At least 2 - 4 years sales & marketing experience and proven sales & marketing track record in technical sales, consultancy and/or in construction industry
Good interpersonal, communication and written skills with good business sense
To be customer focus and has a structure and mature way of finding a win-win solution for the customers and the Company
Aggressive and target oriented
Malaysian or Singapore PR are welcome
Able to converse in Bahasa or other regional languages is an added advantage
Possess class 3 driving license is an added advantage
