Senior Sales Manager
We are the specialist in the field of soil stabilization for applications in roads, runways and container yards. We would like to invite suitably qualified, self-motivated personnel to join us. Responsibilities and requirements of duties as follows:
Responsibilities
. To work closely with the sales and project team for project planning and oversee the applications of products.
. To work with Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Developer, Owner and Consultants in the planning and application of products.
. To be able to manage the complete project flow from design phase to handover stage.
. To identify the risk of the project and manage it accordingly.
. To supervise the project through the partner and provide the technical advice in due course.
. Respond to customer requests for support or advice ensuring effective resolution of customer requirements or escalating as appropriate.
. To prepare project proposals based on customers’ specifications
. To manage existing customers’ accounts and at the same time seek and develop new customer accounts within the assigned region
. To provide technical presentation and consultation on Company’s products for existing and new customers
. To lead in the coordination & collaboration with internal/external parties on project management matters
Requirements
. Degree/higher degree in Civil Engineering/Construction/Building/ Material Science or equivalent
. At least 5 - 8 years sales & marketing experience and proven sales & marketing track record in technical sales, consultancy and/or in construction industry
. Good interpersonal, communication and written skills with good business sense
. To be customer focus and has a structure and mature way of finding a win-win solution for the customers and the Company
. Aggressive and target oriented
. Malaysian or Singapore PR are welcome
. Able to converse in Bahasa or other regional languages is an added advantage
. Possess class 3 driving license is an added advantage
. Willing and able to travel regionally within short notice
