Responsibilities

• To prepare project proposals based on customers’ specifications
• To provide pre-sales and first level technical supports to customer prospect
• To manage existing customers’ accounts and at the same time seek and develop new customer accounts within the assigned region
• To provide technical presentation and consultation on Company’s products for existing and new customers
• To lead in the coordination & collaboration with internal/external parties on project management matters

Requirements

• Diploma/degree/higher degree in Civil Engineering/Construction/Building/ Material Science or equivalent
• At least 2 - 4 years sales & marketing experience and proven sales & marketing track record in technical sales, consultancy and/or in construction industry
• Good interpersonal, communication and written skills with good business sense
• To be customer focus and has a structure and mature way of finding a win-win solution for the customers and the Company
• Aggressive and target oriented
• Malaysian or Singapore PR are welcome
• Able to converse in Bahasa or other regional languages is an added advantage
• Possess class 3 driving license is an added advantage
• Willing and able to travel regionally within short notice
